We want you to be happy.
PLEASE read this to avoid misunderstandings.
  • Most items we sell  have FREE "ground" shipping in the USA, which can take up to 6 business days, via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, in the 48 contiguous states.
  • We generally use USPS Priority Mail for free shipping to AK and HI, which can take from 3 to 10 days.
  • Faster shipping is available at an extra charge.
  • Shipments can be delayed by bad weather, strikes, holidays, etc.
  • If an item's description doesn't say it has free shipping, it doesn't have free shipping.
  • The minimum shipping/handling charge for items that do not have free shipping is $8.
  • Deliveries to residential addresses are subject to an additional $2.00 fee from FedEx and UPS. This does not apply to items that have free shipping.

    		  Chart at left shows average shipping charges for one phone in the contiguous United States. Your charge may vary, based on weight and distance. Home delivery costs more than business delivery.

    If you are ordering something with free shipping, and don't need fast shipping,
    you can ignore the chart.
         
    IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT SHIPPING TIME ("transit days")

  • Shipping time does not include the day you place your order.

  • Quoted shipping times are based on "business days," and do not include weekends and many holidays.

  • For example, if you place an order on Friday for "3-Day" shipping, and the following Monday is a holiday, the first transit day is Tuesday, the second transit day is Wednesday, and you should receive your order on Thursday -- the third transit day.

  • If you place an order after about 4pm Eastern Time on Friday, there is a chance that it might get shipped on Friday; but it probably won't be shipped until the next business day -- which would be Tuesday if Monday is a holiday.

  • If you need something shipped quickly, CALL us at 1.888.225.3999 -- Don't order online.

    1. Most items are available for immediate shipping.
    2. If you can't find what you need or just want to talk to a human being, please call us toll-free at 1.888.225.3999. You can also reach us by fax, email or snailmail. See above.
    3. We're open from 8am to 6pm, Eastern Time (5am to 3pm Pacific time) Monday through Thursday. We close at 5 on Friday.
    4. This site features secure online ordering, available all day, every day. If you don't want to order online, you can call us or send a fax or email. 
    5. We accept major credit cards, and also accept payment by check or wire transfer before shipping. We accept purchase orders from educational institutions and government agencies. 
    6. We can lease phone systems. We have relationships with several leasing companies, but if you have a relationship with a leasing company, we'll be glad to work with them. 
    7. Our minimum order is $25, not including sales tax or shipping. If you must place an order totaling less than $25, we may add a $10 fee.
    8. We collect sales tax only on shipments to CT. If you are in CT and have a resale certificate or are otherwise exempt from sales tax, let us know.
    9. You will receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION after placing an online order. This confirmation is sent to you automatically by Yahoo, the company that hosts this site, to confirm that your order has been received. It does NOT include additional charges for shipping or taxes that MAY be added when we process your order, and does NOT guarantee that the items you selected are in stock for immediate shipping. 
    10. Some items are sent to you directly from us, others are shipped by distributors and manufacturers. We try to ship from locations close to our customers. 
    11. The online order form shows several shipping methods. "Ground" shipping is free for most items. You can also choose another shipping method, at an additional charge.
    12. We use a variety of carriers, including UPS, USPS and FedEx. 
    13. Saturday delivery is usually available, at a higher charge than next-day delivery. Nothing is shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
    14. On a few items, we will charge you for shipping unless ordered with another item, as noted in the product descriptions.
    15. If you are unsure about what you are ordering, please talk to us before ordering. We want you to buy the right thing.
