While the installation of a VoIP phone system is no more complicated than a 20th century analog phone system (and might even be easier), the programming can be more complicated, especially if you have to deal with off-premises extensions, or a VoIP service provider, or T1.
We will be providing basic step-by-step instructions at AbleCommIP.info to get you going with the most common features, and we provide full documentation, and we offer free tech support to our customers; but we will not provide extensive custom programming. If you are not comfortable with computers, please do not try to install a VoIP system yourself. If you consider yourself to be a phone system expert, go slow. A lot of what you know, just doesn't apply.
